I've been in-house, in the weeds, and in the field. I know what it takes to fund your mission. I start with value alignment. I lead with humility, approaching every client and project with curiosity, respect, and a collaborative spirit. I care deeply about doing excellent work and giving 100%, not just the minimum, because the outcomes matter as much as the effort. I bring joy to the process, believing that while fundraising is serious work, it doesn’t have to be joyless. I show up with energy, humor, and a true sense of partnership. I work with integrity and follow-through, keeping my word and delivering what I promise with clarity and care. And I strive to lead with confidence and compassion, offering a steady, values-driven presence in moments of uncertainty, transition, or growth. I also believe the best solutions are built with diverse voices at the table. Equity and inclusion aren’t add-ons. They’re essential to creating fundraising strategies that truly serve people and communities. I approach every project with humility, curiosity, and a deep commitment to equity. That means centering lived experience, designing inclusive systems, and making space for everyone to be seen, heard, and valued.
