I work with nonprofit teams who are doing big things with limited time, tight budgets, and hearts fully in it, and I love stepping-in to make their lives easier. Whether it’s building a fundraising strategy, re-energizing lapsed donors, or helping them finally hire that long-overdue development lead, I bring clarity, structure, and a little breathing room.
My goal? To be a steady, collaborative partner who gets stuff done, helps your mission grow, and leaves your team stronger than when I arrived.
